Obedience Workshop with Vera Drummond

AUDIT spots are ONLY AVAILABLE, working spots FULL. Strict criteria are required for WORKING spots, see below. 

WORKING SPOTS requirements:

Handler - Skill level of understanding dog training principles and concepts, willing to be open to new training techniques, be punctual and available for BOTH days to attend, be flexible with programme activities as can change by Vera. Have an attitude of wanting to UP YOUR OBEDIENCE/Engagement GAME with your dog. 

Dog - CRATE TRAINED, willing to work for reward (toy or food), handler has a very good level of control, excellent engagement with handler/owner, comfortable in the crate most of the day, not human aggressive/reactive AND be physically sound/fit to train.

AUDIT SPOTS requirements:

Be respectful to all and especially those with working spots, be punctual and on time, ask questions, watch and write notes and be engaged in the workshop! Be open to LEARNING! 

TImes:          Saturday 10 October 8am - 4pm              Sunday 11 October 8am - 4pm

Cost:     Working Spot  $500 2 days only   Audit Spots  $300 2 days, OR $150 each day

Program:

Working Spots: every day allocated time 1:1 with Vera and work through what you request from the google form completed.

Audit Spots: Watching Vera talk through training concepts and breaking down skills with each working spot handler and dog.

What to bring:

Working Spots: Your dog, crate, crate cover, treats and plenty of them, toy reward if applicable, training equipment you use, any and all, water bowl, fan for dog and another other equipment for you and your dog. Bring your own snacks and lunch, drinks can be purchased from the clubhouse.  

Audit Spots:  A comfortable deck chair, notebook and pen, and snacks and lunch. Drinks can be purchased from the Clubhouse.
